Is the Free plan really free?

Yes. Free is RM0 a month and includes unlimited users and participants, a built-in payment gateway and the POS system. You only pay a gateway fee when a payment succeeds.

Is there a limit on staff or participants?

No. Both plans include unlimited users and participants, so adding instructors or new students never changes your bill.

How much are the payment gateway fees?

On the Free plan, FPX B2C online banking is RM1.99 and FPX B2B1 is RM2.99 per successful transaction. DuitNow QR and local debit cards are 1.5%, and local credit cards are 2.5%. A failed payment costs you nothing.

When does the money reach my account?

FPX payments settle the next day and DuitNow QR the next business day. Local debit and credit card payments settle within the next 2 business days.

When should I upgrade to Pro?

When you want to collect payments through your own gateway, take cash at the POS, enrol participants manually or by bank transfer, or run on your own .com domain. Pro is RM199 a month and includes Telegram technical support.

If I use my own gateway, does Firesell take a cut?

No. On Pro there are no Firesell transaction fees when payments go through your own gateway. Your gateway provider may still charge its own fees.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on Pro. Choose one new available .com domain or connect a domain you already own. New domain registration is subject to availability.

Do I need any technical setup?

No server setup is required. Sign up, then run attendance, session balances, payments and renewals from one system.
